For cancellations between 0 and 7 days before arrival, a penalty of 100% of the total reservation cost will apply.

Pay at the hotel

• The reservation payment will be made as follows: 50% UPON BOOKING AND THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE PAID UPON CHECK-IN

IMPORTANT

Damage Guarantee: All clients who make a reservation with Hotel Scappata are informed that upon check-in, the guest will have to open a voucher for $2,000 MXN as a guarantee for possible damages to the facilities or the room assigned to the guest.
