For cancellations between 0 and 7 days before arrival, the penalty of 100% of the total reservation will be applied.

For cancellations between 8 and 365 days before arrival, the penalty of 0% of the total reservation will be applied

Pay at the hotel

• The reservation will be charged as follows: 5% WHEN BOOKING AND THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE PAID UPON CHECK-IN

IMPORTANT

Guarantee for Damages: For all clients who generate a reservation with Hotel Scappata, they are informed that at the time of check-in the guest will have to open a voucher for $5,000 MXN as a guarantee for possible damage to the facilities or to the room assigned to the host.
